I use these for night sky viewing.
The quality is as you'd expect from Nikon (high). Easy to focus and adjust.
Good quality carrying case makes them easier to travel with.
It's a hard choice whether to go for the 8 or 10 times zoom and I'd probably recommend going for the 8x40's for first time night sky watchers as you will notice less hand shake and they are lighter. These 10x50's are still really enjoyable but rather tiring on the arms.
For those that haven't tried night sky watching through bino's then you'll be amazed at the amount of satellites going over you. Easy spot a dozen every minute and I'm in a high light pollution area.

J'ai simplement suivi les conseils d'une Chaîne YouTube sur l'astronomie et j'ai commandé cette paire de jumelles.
Je ne suis franchement pas déçu. Très lumineuses et à fort taux de contraste. L'image a du relief et la netteté est très précise.
Je suis loin d'être un spécialiste mais pour une première paire de jumelles elles en mettent plein les yeux.
Les lentilles Nikon doivent y être pour quelque chose.
Le léger petit problème reste le poids selon observations. Mais juste une perche pour appareil photo et l'adaptateur de montage trépied qui ne coute rien et on peu observer le ciel ou autres.
Très satisfait de mon achat.

Like: Sturdy build with rubberised body.
Good strong comfortable neck strap. More than adequate lens covers. Great sharp focus and visibility. Feels solid when held. Good protective case.
Dislike: Dioptre adjustment very stiff. Was set to centre position originally. Further heaving to adjust it didn't seem to make any difference so left in central position. They aren't light weight. With neck strap and case weighed in at 812g.
All in all very pleased with them. (Of course they carry the reknowned name 'Nikon Acculon' being one of their mid range binocular). JG

Mit seinen fast 700 g könnte mir vorstellen, dass dies auf Wanderungen dann doch irgendwann schwer wird.
Das Fernglas war als Geschenk gedacht. Ich wußte leider nicht, dass der Beschenkte ein kleines Taschenfernglas wollte. Nur deshalb ging es zurück.
