Make sure to wash them inside out before you wear them. I bought them because I was throwing out a lot of my old socks. I had to go out before I could wash them and didn't have any clean socks to wear yet, so I just put on a pair of them straight from the package. I had rash all over my feet for a few days after wearing them for a few hours without washing them first. They were fine after they were washed and they are very comfortable.

Walk through wet grass, socks get wet. Remove and replace with a clean, dry pair.
Take all socks home and launder. Perfect!
