Review Central Command: Spectacles would not update out of the box -no matter what. Only recorded 6 second clips -not 10. This hardware is so old, not worth the price. Look elsewhere, you will be disappointed with this 2016 outdated model.

Jessica Kurtz: I purchased this brand and model on Snapchats website a few years ago and I was able to swim in the ocean underwater with them no problem with perfect video. I bought this off Amazon this year and took them out in the ocean. They were “water resistant” but the video was blurry and the inside of the camera lens got wet. It did dry up after 24 hours, but was bummed I got blurry videos :(

User15User15: I haven’t opened it yet but for some reason you can see in the picture the usb cable was already out of the case and the seal was broke at the top. Once I find some time to use it I will try it out if it functions normally or not.

If you just wanna share some cool moments and not hold a camera this is great for you ! Doesn't take as long to charge as said.
Video quality is alright for it's time and how recently this is being developed.
I personally don't have any complaints yet.

TB: I bought these for all the times I would like to capture a moment but can't; driving, climbing, rowing, etc... They work perfectly for that. Exporting the footage in different formats to your phone and then the Internet is excellent too. The footage isn't great and the still images are the same but definitely acceptable for a tiny camera on your face. So far everyone has loved seeing the world from my perspective. Even people I rarely hear from commented, especially on the rotating Snapchat story, likening it to a VR experience. They even fit my massive head okay too. They grip firm and feel stable. The only negative is some of the text inside the arms wore off after one day! Now they're just engraved words. I also think a small Snap logo on the outside would be good to denote they're £150 Snap Spectacles and not £10 novelty glasses...

Syren: I've had the spectacles since they first came out and have always enjoyed them. I wanted to upgrade to the new water resistant version so I don't have to worry about getting caught in the rain or them getting damaged at the beach. I use these everyday as prescription sunglasses and was able to transfer the same lenses I bought for my old specs into my new pair, which is great. (The replacement lenses I purchased for $40 online.)
My family and friends all use Snapchat so having to pair these with the app works for me.
The video quality has improved. Importing is much faster. The case is much smaller and the glasses are lighter.
I understand that this is kind of a niche product but I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Mustafa Rasheed: They're pretty fun to mess with but I've left my glasses in my case for about a week without using them and the case was fully charged then I checked back later that week it was dead. Also Snapchat y'all need to make an app just for spectacles so we can download them in GOOD QUALITY not like right now with that 420p quality

thuanta: These work as advertised. I've been using mine since I got them. The video quality is great. My only issues are that I wish they weren't so round looking and the syncing takes a bit. I'm not talking about it downloading videos/pics from the glasses, but it won't detect that you have new snaps right away. Even though it says it's looking for new snaps, it didn't detect them for another 20 minutes. And yes I was on wifi. Other than that, I really like them. Wish I would have gotten the blue ones instead tho. lol
