JB: This is a good slimline set of scales. Small enough for kitchen use. Accuracy is ok until the battery starts to die and then you can get wacky weights showing up! Batteries do not last long, but I have used rechargeables and that saves cost. I am happy with the scales, just gotta watch battery life!

JfromFL: I've had the Nicewell Food Digital Scale for a little over a year and it works perfectly for my sourdough bread recipes. Sadly, I ran into an issue with the digital readouts displaying random number when there was nothing on the scale. I emailed their customer service and provided a video of this issue. They were kind enough to send me a replacement and all is well in my sourdough world. Would recommend this product.

Its upper surface and bright display are assets in my kitchen for a number of uses to include weighing out my custom organic chicken, salmon, liver, gizzards and rice / vegetable blend for my dog. It’s excellent and highly dependable - although a couple of weeks ago it just stopped working. I looked up my order on Amazon and sent a message to Nicewell who promptly and without question sent me a replacement under the lifetime warranty !!

Robert L: My old scale used button batteries which were not always easy to locate locally. Plus, it would turn off too quickly. I was using it to weigh exact paint samples for an art project. I'd add a cup to the scale, zero it out, then add paint, zero it out, add a bonding medium.... I can't begin to tell you how many times I had to start over because the scale would shut off before I was finished. This scale does not have that problem. And of course, I also use it for cooking, again adding something to a bowl, zeroing it out, adding the next items, etc. LOVE THIS SCALE....

Amazon Customer: -Very easy to use. Intuitively designed.
-A breeze to change from grams, ml to ounces.
-Easy to clean.
-Its pretty sitting out if you choose to do so.
-I store it on its side by my spices- it only takes up less than an inch of space and easy access.
-The weight capacity is why I bought this unit so I can weigh ingredients straight into the kitchen aid mixing bowl. Less clean up.
-I’ve never had a scale I enjoyed using like this one.
-Does not disappoint!

** update**9-25-23. Due to the liberal return policy at Amazon, I purchased the 3 or 4 I couldn’t decide on. This one worked best with appearance, cleanup of device and accuracy. I had to add to this review. I still love this unit as well as my husband.
