Purchased due to great reviews, and then to receive and open up what they labeled as the “Professional Fitness Trampoline” and I had to laugh. The directions were the most unclear that I have ever read, so I can only assume the customer service would be a challenge with trying to communicate any concerns in English. No thank you!! Never assembled, sent it right back.
I have since purchased the Zupapa Rebounder and love it!
