Andi: I use these for group fitness and strength training type workouts. They are lightweight and lack the stiffness you would expect due to the style. I personally am okay without an adjustable tongue in my shoe for workouts like this. These shoes are comfortable, however I wish I would have sized up one full size. If you have wide feet and there is a wide foot option I would go that route as these are very snug fitting due to the style/type of shoe.

Lisa L. Templeton: I love the way these fit. They hug my foot and give a lot of support when I work out. I will probably order another pair.

Tina M: I love these shoes. They fit true to size and I do not find them difficult to put on or take off. They offer a lot of stability for working out. I find these better than regular running shoes in the gym. And they are so comfortable!

Shel: Looks stylish, great value for money. I bought a training shoe for the first time after cross training for months and immediately realise it does provide more support that I am actually enjoying during my training. Wow. Loving it

Teela: Great fit! My feet no longer hurt when I walk. I got 10 1/2 for more comfort and support, and so I can wear my thick socks. I wear a 9 1/2, NB's run small, I normally buy size 10's.

Kevin Tharp: I find that these shoes are really comfortable to wear all day. I have sensitive arches, and most slip on sneakers aren't supportive enough to keep my feet from aching all day. These do! When you first get them, they're a little tough to slip on but that gets better as you wear them. 4 stars just because they run small, by half a size. I wear a 8.5 in Brooks and a 9 in New balance.

Catherine: I have long been a fan of New Balance shoes. They were always my go-to shoe for running as I have narrow feet and they sell in 2A shoes. Since I know my size in New Balance, it made sense to look at them when I needed a pair of cross trainers especially since I was buying online. Complaints about shoes being narrow is a good thing for me even though these shoes are a medium width. I had no issue with the width which matters more to me for distance running, the issue I had was the design of the shoe. Yes, it is very nice looking but a shoe needs to fit.
This shoe has the tongue built in. It is not at all like a traditional tongue. That made it very hard to get on. You had to pull and stretch the shoe to get your foot into it. It's not an issue I usually have with my narrow feet. Width wise there was room once I managed to get my foot into the shoe. I only tried on one before I knew these shoes weren't going to work for me. The other issue I had was that there wasn't enough room between the shoe and the top of my foot at the toes and just above the toes. I don't recall ever having a shoe that was tight on top. Loosening the laces didn't help. I did try them on later in the...
