Sam: I've been using the mints and gum for years now as a replacement for coffee and energy drinks. It may not give the same punch as an energy drink, but it's enough and there' no crash. For focus at work these have been my go-to and would recommend you give them a try (if it's in your budget because they are pricing).

Jesse Hoselton: Personally I thought there was another flavor in addition to the cinnamon that rang through with this that I didn't enjoy. Not a bad flavor, just more of a nutmeg-like taste. I like to chew this when I'm learning new piano music and while I can't really say if the caffeine really hits me at all, it does seem to keep me a bit more focused overall.

CJFCJF: I will say that this is definitely an acquired taste as the monk fruit sweetener is distinct (at least to me), but the taste either goes away or you get used to it.
If you don’t like cinnamon, be aware—The cinnamon flavor is very strong, so I wouldn’t really recommend more than 1 piece. The flavor, since it’s strong, lasts kind of a long time, but I’m also not a person who chews gum for a really long time. I will also say that the gum does have Sorbitol, and too much sorbitol will give you some GI distress. The gum also doesn’t get very soft (in a good way) after chewing for a long time.
The packaging is fine and the product is easy to remove from the foil; however, I did get a pack that was missing a piece of gum—as if the piece was missing the top layer.
I drink a lot of coffee and am not very sensitive to caffeine, so I didn’t notice any changes, but because of the strong cinnamon taste, it gave me a nice perk up.
In short, the gum is a little treat if you want something outside of an afternoon coffee. It’s very strong in flavor, so it won’t be my go to, but if I’m driving for a long time, it’s a nice option. But be warned,...
