Kar: I ordered this cup as a treat to myself, so I could actually have coffee in the morning on my way to class. The color is awesome (the kiddos really like the gradient fade and it was a nice vocab word for the day!)! The lid closes nicely and does not leak during our busy morning commute. The size is good for me, easy for my to pick up with my smaller hands while driving. But it could be too small for those who need a more serious caffeine boost in the mornings.

C. Lewis Addison: I am very particular about my coffee mug, since I am a coffee addict. I prefer a plastic mug for reheating in the microwave as well as a "standard" 16 oz. size that fits in all cup holders. I have been looking for one with a cover that doesn't get in the way when drinking. This lid is perfect in that the drinking spout is flat (unlike many with a raised lip) and the cover snaps flat when not in use. I find the lid's external threads to be easier to close than most mugs having internal threads. I do recommend running it through the dishwasher before use to get rid of the initial plastic taste. (Handwashing didn't do it.) I'll be buying a spare.

agj: This is the best coffee cup I have ever had - satisfies all my demanding needs - with one flaw.

Good:
- Can re-heat a cooled drink in microwave - very useful - do that at least one a week
- Can be washed in dishwasher
- Base diameter, conical shape, fits in all car cup holders - even small VW, Skoda etc
- Never leaks ** can drink when wearing white shirt on car journey
- Can tip on side or upside down when lid on - does not leak
- Keeps content hot but not too hot - don't like thermos metal ones that keep it so hot you burn
- Good grip design, robust, lid easy to put on and seal

Bad:
- The only let down is that the design is entirely reliant on the washer for the lid.

One one of our many cups it broke. Not that bad just get another washer ...
- Do they give you a spare washer ? No
- How much would a spare washer cost them ? 10p max
- Ok, can you purchase a new washer ? No
- What ? Even if you offer to pay ? Still No
- What if you contact the company owners and ask nicely ? No
- How about complaining ? they send you a whole new cup so you can take the washer from that one

So if you are going to design coffee cup...

CoinCorraller41: These cups are very sturdy and made of a good quality plastic. The heat sleeve is a part of the cup and not a separate piece. Great textured grip. You can only tell the cup is warm even with over hot drinks (I like just below 3rd degree burn - really) The cap is screw on but you really have to pay attention that the alignment is on point or hot / cold liquid will be on your hand. But if done correctly good seal from cap and spout flap. The flap also locks into the other side of the cap (cute feature). My only negative is when I left this submerged in water overnight somehow water seeped in between the inner and outer cup. So every time I shake it when it empty I hear the water and my mind imagines the ways I may drink that water unaware 🤢. I would recommend the cups just don’t submerge in water. Wash with soapy towel, rinse, and dry in rack.
