J. DouglasJ. Douglas: The media could not be loaded.  Bike looks absolutely beautiful, it's too bad because it arrived damaged and missing parts, bent rim and no basket. I messaged the seller about both problems and yet responded to one and ignored the other. They told me the basket shipped separately... You know, one of those things that should be made aware of on purchase but wasn't. And they completely ignored my message about the front rim arriving damaged, the bike is un-rideable and Amazon says it's not eligible for a return, the manufacturer is not responding to send a replacement rim.. What a $600 nightmare. Buyer beware

erm: This bike is exactly what it says it is. It’s easy to learn how to ride even if you’re over 60 which I am. It was easy to put together and enjoyable to ride.

Katrina K.: I purchased the City Stroller. It was so easy to put together. It came with instructions but I didn’t need them. It was that easy! Everything lined up fine. The basket and bike lock comes in separate box so don’t get antsy about it like I did. Great bike!

Jmcneese: I reviewed several ebikes and noticed none had more than a four star rating. The flaws varied from assembly directions to battery issues. I agree the directions weren’t the greatest it the issues I had were related to the basket installation (no pictures at all). I was able to make it work and it’s stable and reliable. As for the battery no issues none what so ever. My wife rides it 2-3 times a day for 2-3 miles per in a neighborhood with hills.

Aspen: I am commuting with this bike, Nakto Elegance. I will give a list of the pros and cons to this bicycle in my opinion. Keep in mind that this is my first ebike. Prior to this I rode a high class Electric Motorcycle.

Pros:
- Cheap price for a fully assembled ebike given the power of the motor and battery
- The frame of the bike seems strong and endurable
- Achieves the speed limit of my state (20 mph)
- The light and horn work well enough
- The display allows for customizing settings if you ask the seller for the manual
- The seller has been very good at getting back to me and knowledgeable about the ebike itself
- The battery is removable and the control is relatively easy to access if need be

Cons:
- The seat is very uncomfortable (I immediately replaced it)
- There are no shocks on this bike and the wheels do not absorb the blow (pick a good seat to help)
- The basket does not work with this bicycle. It will be flimsy, droop, and bounce open a lot. (trunk will be better)
- The instructions for assembling this bicycle are for their other models. (I figured it out on my own)
- The brakes are not the best. They do not stop the bike...
