Olaf’s mom: This was perfect for me. My dog sleeps on my bed and he sheds like crazy. I have tried all manner of things to get his hair off my bedding before putting it in the washing machine. Nothing worked and my washing machine would always be full of hair every week when I washed my comforter.
Well I received this roller yesterday and brushed where he sleeps and it picked up sooo much of his hair!!! Now I can wash the comforter without introducing all that hair in my washing machine and more importantly, it won’t end up in the drain causing plumbing problems!! Best purchase ever!! Problem solved!!

Lilianna Vaughan: This picks up fur and lint great off of fabrics! Perfect to use on our suede/velvet/something couch, on clothes, really on any surface with taut fabric. Becomes a little less easy to use when using on concave surfaces, and doesn't work at all on flat hard surfaces (like the floor or countertop) but idk why you'd need to use it on a flat hard surface.
But yeah. Use it on anything that doesn't have loose fabric, just move it back and forth over the surface!
The handle of ours broke within a few days of using it (the part probably would snap back on but it seems to have vanished) but it works fine without it! The cover is nice I guess but I never use it because what's the point?
As someone who has lived my whole life with cats, and also as a person who HATES leaving the house with any fur on me, this has saved me SO much money on tape lint rollers. We've had it for over a year and it works just as well as it did when we got it.
Sometimes it spits up dust when you use it. In my experience, this means you need to empty it!

Some Guy: I am pretty sure this is my first time writing a review on Amazon. This product has worked so well and brought me such relief I had to make it known. I have a cat, his name is Fatso. So as you can imagine, hes a big freakin cat with lots of hair. White with brown and black patches. Washing the sheets, blankets & pillow cases wasn't working to remove the hair. Standard sticky lint rollers weren't tough enough to handle pulling all the hair up. Other designs I looked at seemed gimmicky, or odd in one way or another.

So I put my hopes in this design and it paid off. It picks the hair right up. It doesn't kick it up into the air. It collects it for disposal. It is easy to empty. It just works.

It is designed to pick hair and lint up from furniture mostly. I wouldn't recommend using it on ones self. It would be odd and uncomfortable. Though if in a pinch and you needed to, it would work....I tried it. This product isn't designed to pick up other types of debris like crumbs or sand or anything so don't purchase it for that. It isn't meant to work on flat tabletops or counters either. Also the material it works best on needs to be a little taught. Simply brushing it...
