Moi-même: I've owned this scale for a year and am pleased anew every time I use it – which is often. It's well built and a good size, so I can place the huge, heavy stainless steel bowl of my stand mixer on the scale's platform without it being even close to falling off the edge and then weigh large volumes of, say, flour while being able to easily see the LCD display, which is not covered by large vessels.

It can run on batteries or AC, and at least back when I purchased mine the AC adapter was included. I can change its permanent settings so it won't shut off automatically even when on battery, which is huge, as I often can't finish weighing things before most other scales will go off to "save battery" (as if I couldn't be trusted to choose not to save a few cents every few years so I can take however long I want to weigh stuff).

It comes with a removable, hinged, clear display + control panel cover that I could live without but is certainly not bad to have. It also comes with a few disposable plastic covers that can be used in lieu of the removable hinged cover; I've never used any of them.

With a minimum sensitivity of 1 gram, this could probably be the only scale...

RoseRed: I really hope that it remains as accurate and does not break after use, but out of the box, this scale really is nice for the price. It does "Feel" a bit cheaply made, but, it's accurate, light weight, and was very easy to setup and start using. There is a plastic shield plate that you can remove, that covers the buttons and digital readout, that I didn't think made much sense. Then again, I'm not using it for baking, so maybe there is a purpose for it that I'm unaware of. I'm a soap maker, so I'm weighing ingredients for soap. The shield does not do much other than get in the way, so thankfully you can easily take it off. There are no batteries with this scale - BONUS. I was so sick of buying batteries for my other scale! This plugs in, but I do wish the wire was a bit longer and a bit more durable/thicker. Cleans easily with the metal plate. Good stability, rubber feet would have been nice to help keep it from sliding around... but I can always add those myself if needed. It's pretty light weight, so that is why I think it should have something to help grip the counter. Overall, great for the price, but I'm waiting to see how it holds up to daily use.

Chrissy: I first bought this scale in May 2019 and I just purchased another to replace it. I treated it like crap for 4.5 years and it endured far longer than it should have. My current scale still works somewhat, the tare and off function are broke though so every time I want to weigh something new I have to take the batteries out. Functional, but annoying. It’s a fantastic kitchen scale with a high weight limit.

evge: It's pretty accurate and consistent in weighing up to 1 gram.
I've bought and returned other four different brands scales before buying this, and all others were more expensive.
The others always showed different weights with the same object on the scale.
But this one is always showing the same weight to the same item, so I'm really satisfied.
Totally recommend it.

Bruce A Kendle: I initially bought a $20 digital scale at Walmart so that I could make bread. It was so terrible because it kept jumping around and I found out that it wasn't even calibrated for accuracy either. I decided to spend the money on this scale and I am so glad that I did. The first thing I did was put 5 nickels on it to see if it measured 25g. And it did. Score! It was calibrated and accurate right out of the box. I like that it has a protective shield over the buttons to keep all of the flour and stuff off. The shield makes for easy clean up. Also a bonus is that it has a bakers percentage on it. I have not used that feature yet but I expect that it will be very useful when making different types of bread. Don't waste your money on something cheap from Walmart or Target. The only thing that would make this even more outstanding is if it calculated the nutritional values of all of the ingredients. I am sure I can find an app for that.
