Lisa: I've had this printer for about a year and can say that it was worth every penny. The set up is smooth + easy and it prints extremely fast. It is lightweight and easy to transport, but even though it is small, the print quality is amazing. My labels never get stuck and I've never had any issues with the labels fading in colour. Another thing to add is that Munbyn customer support is fast, reliable and helpful. If you are thinking about getting this printer, definitely buy it!

BrewedProcess LLC: I was looking forward to using this in conjunction with the app, but of course didn't read quite all the fine print, which says that this is one of the only Munbyn printers that does not work with their app. But as for the printer itself, competent machine and we were still able to make it work.

Elfie: Ich habe das Gerät 2021 gekauft und dacht mir, ich könnte damit meine Paketmarken einfach und schnell ausdrucken. Tja falsch gedacht, denn nachdem der Postbote hier bei uns fast 15 Minuten versucht hat die Paketmarken zu scannen und auch in der Post an drei Tagen hintereinander es nicht ging. War mir klar, dass die Auflösung am Gerät einfach nicht für den Druck des Sicherheitscodes ausreicht. Ich hatte mir dann einige Zeit lang die Mühe gemacht, die Paketmarke auf zwei 4x6 Aufkleber zu verteilen. Das kann aber kaum Sinn und Zweck der Sache sein.

Verarbeitung ist gut, die Einstellungen zum Druck sollte man vor dem Druck unbedingt vornehmen und sich rantasten, da diese nicht optimal sind. Hat mich nur 10-20 Blatt Thermopapier gekostet...

Das Gerät hatte ich für 112EUR gekauft. Aktuell kostet es 200EUR? Völlig unverständlich... Daher ist es sein Geld definitiv nicht wert, wenn man Paketscheine damit drucken will.

Amazon Customer: This is the only thermal printer I've owned, and I got it for the new small business I'm running selling collectible cards (Pokemon, YuGiOh!, Magic, etc.) so that I could save money by buying my shipping with tracking online vastly cheaper than the post office and to streamline the efficiency of creating labels. The packaging was really high-quality (I only mention it because I literally stopped and thought, "wow, this is a high-quality sturdy box and some top-tier solid foam") so it could arrive without damage, it came quickly, and the printer itself is fantastic. The setup was a breeze; it comes with a USB-A drive that my Macbook Pro had no trouble reading, it installed in like one second, and then all I had to do was select it as the printer the first time I tried to print and it was all super smooth sailing from there. The drive also had an FAQ document in it for how to solve problems and how to set it up and configure it for use with different shipping platforms which I thought was really handy. It also came with a small packet of fan-fold thermal labels. One word to the wise that isn't mentioned in set-up instructions from what I could tell (some of you probably already know...
