While it IS as shown and described, the listing would benefit from actual dimensions. NOTE: the packaging does NOT contain dimensions either ..???
Fortunately, it does fit my ShopVac and meets my needs.
While some may want/need the 'glorified rubber band' included, I'd not rely on function or durability. I have the original ring from the vacuum, which works perfectly with this replacement filter.
