FLUFFY: I have the red fruit and noticed that all of my fruit was red, lol. I made a quick trip to the grocers and added the oranges, and as many non-red fruit as I could find. I love my new addition to my home. It is a wonderful, big, open fruit bowl. Would purchase again!

missfussybritches: I’ve been through two metal fruit bowls now that either the coating deteriorated or the metal rusted! I live next to the beach and the salty breeze can be brutally destructive on lower quality metals. I was looking for something with a refined look but plastic sensibility and this fruit bowl is a perfect match so far. It has some rubber like flexibility to it but doesn’t bow under the weight of the fruit. The base is also wide allowing for a more shallow rise of the sides to accommodate more fruit than some of my past bowls. The design allows for good airflow as well.

TrishTrish: Of course, if you read the fine print, you knew that already but I didn’t and when I picked up the very light box, it occurred to me this was not going to be exactly what I had expected. For $30 I think the price is a little steep for plastic. But it is large of a hold a lot of fruit so I guess that’s all I have to say about that.
