Keystone: I play tennis nearly daily and I need some ankle support. I always have one set of these stabilizers on my ankles and one in storage. I wear it until it wears out, which takes a lot of time. When new it seems too small and tight, but it molds to your foot quickly and comfortably.

Pat: Tore a tendon in ankle and could not walk until I started using this ankle stabilizer. Tried at least 3 others until I found this one and it is the best for comfort and support.

Dawn L.: It really holds the ankle still, there is a little flexion and extension of the ankle allowed, but once the shoe is put on, the movement allowed is minimal. It really helps allow 'complete rest' to let an ankle tendonitis heal.
The 'stays' that are on the inside/medial and the outside/lateral are plastic, not metal, but it still doesn't really allow much rolling of the ankle.
