I had been searching for a nice set of stainless for awhile. Am so happy I found these on sale.

Snap: Seasoning and maintaining low to low medium heat. The cookware heats up quickly. One week in and they look as good as new. Discoloration on the base is aesthetic but can be cleaned with a steel cleaner.
The Mueller replaced my red copper pans that didn't last very long. I really like these. Easy to use, non stick, but careful with heat levels and seasoning and you'll be fine. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Patti: We have been using this cookware set for about eight months. The set includes cookware for every need. All cookware heats and cooks evenly. Clean up is a breeze, We do not put in dishwasher. We have never had a problem with food sticking as some of reviews stated, Very pleased with our purchase

Kristi Kay Thompson: So nice to have a set of pots and pans that are not falling apart after one use! While a bit higher maintenance, totally worth it. (Instead of hand washing, I run in dishwasher on 1hr wash load, as it runs lower temp water and no heat dry. Works like a charm)

Lefty219: Read the “fine print”! I failed to pay attention. I’m hoping that, since the brand name is Austrian, the product might be better quality. European countries don’t put up with the junk the USA allows to be imported from China! I have only tried a few pieces so far. Despite following the direction about initial cleaning and “seasoning” of the pans, they do not appear to release food as easy as I had hoped. The instructions also state that medium heat should be used to avoid warping. These pots and pans seem to take forever to heat up. If I want things I’m making to brown, rather than “poach” in the liquids they release on medium heat, I guess I’ll have to risk them warping. Otherwise, I can watch my electric bill go through the roof when I use them! I’m happy about getting this type of cookware at a reasonable price. I had a very inexpensive nonstick set, about which I had serious concerns where chemicals and flaking of material was concerned. This is a decent upgrade for me, since I cant afford the quality I really want.

Okay, it’s only triple clad at the bottom, and really top-of-the-line professional cookware is 3-ply or 5-plat clad metal through and through (think All-Clad, Heston, etc.), but c’mon … even heat distribution over the burners is the essence of great cookware, and this set will satisfy even the most demanding home chefs and perhaps most professional chefs 90% of the time. For most people, almost 100% of home cooking is quick prep or reheating, and very rarely would you ever need a professional-grade skillet for finicky gourmet sauces and delicate sautéing. I have another professional grade, stainless steel cookware set too, but the addition of my Muller cookware really supplements my overstocked kitchen cookware selection to cook up any dish or use any size pot, for those quick home cooking jobs as well. I am absolutely delighted with this set… Glass lids for everything, and it looks as attractive as you can possibly imagine, making my kitchen a real professional workstation with great results.
