Moon Lence 4-Person Instant Pop-Up Camping Tent

Carolyn Martinez: Super easy set up. Great quality and fits 2 adults and gear comfortably. A little tricky to gold back up. Definitely practice folding up and watch helpful videos. But once you get it it’s super easy. This tent was a great buy.

Mary Anderson : The media could not be loaded.  Wow this tent superseded my expectations! Goes up in seconds and unfolds away in seconds. I’ve gotten caught in three separate torrential downpours for over 12 hours each and not a drop of water was in my tent, no extra tarp needed. It’s so ridiculously spacious and airy even in 95°
This tent has really impacted my camping experience in the best way possible. I’m using it all the time because it’s so easy. My hope is that that make one a few feet higher so you can stand and get dressed. Luckily I’m only 5 feet tall but I set it up and break it down solo in no time. Thank you Moonlence for a phenomenal product!

Bazuki: I bought this to go to the race track and have a place to sleep. This tent is literally the easiest to set up since you throw it in the air and it is ready when it lands. packing it up is not hard however it is slightly confusing. Directions show exactly how to do it and it works fine. The first night i used it there was torrential down pour and it did pretty good however there was one little leak and that is due to the rain cover is very small. anyway it worked fine overall and for the price you cannot beat this.

I fit a queen size thick air mattress in it and there is plenty of space to maneuver.

This review is after 1 night so time will tell but I am happy so far.

MikeMike: The media could not be loaded.  I am attaching photos and videos of my first time opening the tent. I have to say, i coudn't be happier with the way it looks, feels, and how fast it folds and unfolds. You basically remove it from the protective case, lower the strap that holds it and just let it pop itself up. The tent has 2 opposing doors and 2 windows, I can keep them open or closed whatever my preference is at the moment., The top has a skylight view of the sky and if need to cover from the rain, a separate cover is supplied which is easily hooked up to the tent in less than a minute. The floor material appears thin but strong.
One of t=my favorite things is that i dont have to stake it down - the tent pushes itself out to the full open shape and only the ends curl above the ground, but if you have a mattress inside or some other stuff, they will press down on the floor...

YuenX: I own both this and a 2-year-old Coleman pop-up tent. They work exactly the same way but have some noticeable differences.

Price: about the same

Air flow: I have mixed feelings about both tents
- Coleman has large, mesh openings at the top, allowing for heat to be whisked away and for you to have a nice view of the sky. The lower part of the tent however, has ZERO air flow and could result in high temperatures during hot days in California
- Moon Lence has large, mesh door openings at the front and back, allowing for a breeze to flow through (if tent is oriented correctly). But, the top mesh portion is not as large as Coleman's, allowing you to see less of the sky. Benefit of this is that it is likely better to hold in heat.

Pockets: Coleman has a large, mesh pocket to store items. The Moon Lence has a small one on each side.

Rain: I feel that the Moon Lence, due to the front and back door being mesh all the way through, rain water could potentially enter the tent. However, a sprinkler test resulted in the tent staying surprisingly dry. Perhaps it wouldn't withstand a rainstorm, but these pop up tents aren't designed for that (or...
