Kathy WKathy W: I got this product in Sept 2021 and used the blending and chopping attachments extensively ever since. Up until yesterday, I raved about it to my friends. Yesterday I was using the blending attachment to blend a large pot of lentils when the guard suddenly came loose from the wand. I contacted Mooka customer service, but they weren't able to help me determine what part had failed. Not knowing if the part was lurking in my pot of food, I ended up having to throw it all out. Mooka did honor my warranty, however, and is sending me a new wand (2-3 weeks, they say). I will continue to use the chopping attachment, as it is great for a quick salad dressing or other small job. However, I have replaced the blending attachment with a Vitamix, which is more powerful and will hopefully stand up to the kind of rigor I require.

Karen TaylorKaren Taylor: We have had this part replaced once already. The first one broke within the first year of use. The seller replaced it without charge and we continued to use this item as it is one of our favorite kitchen tools. However, this part is not dependable. It is plastic on metal and it does not stand up to even moderate use. It has never been washed in the dishwasher, hand wash only. The second time when I reached out to the seller, I had not heard from them in several weeks & much to my surprise the replacement part arrived today. We had even bought one as a gift for a family member. Since this part breaks under normal use perhaps the manufacturer should rework its design. We wish to commend them for good customer service.

Ashley: Sure everyone would rather it be cordless but I believe the direct draw of electricity contributed to its ease of use. It blends my babys food up so perfectly works great for cake batter even crushed up ice and made snow cones for my kiddos with no annoying chunks like my industrial blender. 😳 And of course the frother is lovely does it's job as it should. The cord is an appropriate length as well. Have had zero issues. 😊

beachbumbwl: I bought this as a replacement for my Cuisinart stick blender which didn't blend the protein powder into the liquid but blasted it all over the counter. With the MOOKA I am able to blend without splashing due to the variable speed feature. I couldn't be happier with the blender. Haven't used it for anything else yet but I feel confident that it will handle all other tasks equally as well.
