Deneva: Product looks and works great. Great for a low usage “plug in and leave alone” application. Not sure about it’s durability for high use mobile applications as the plastic sheath around cable appears a bit thin.

KJ: Love the low profile -- I needed this for an LCD monitor that was turning into a Smart Mirror and the cable sticks out the back of the monitor, so the low profile is perfect. Good signal quality so far.

DPDP: Fantastic for reducing clutter behind the desk, I love that this has a stubby connector as well -- no need to add the additional bulk of a traditional connector head.

Do be sure you need 1.5' though -- you end up using up footage a lot sooner than you think

Tom: This worked fine for me. I don't doubt that others had trouble, but my cable has been fine. I'm using it to connect an old PC to a big screen TV with VGA input. Quality is fine, and I appreciate the thing cord. That makes this much more portable and convenient to me. I'm pretty sure that if you pull on the cable instead of the plug, based on the reviews, it'll damage the cable, so I don't do that.

Short version? I wouldn't recommend for educational or commercial use where people will be hard on it, but for travel or portable use, it's perfect, and fine for home use if you're careful. I'd buy again...in fact I'm thinking about getting a longer one.

Tom M.: The low profile connector is great as I have a wall mounted TV. Great signal from what I can tell, however the signal I'm using is not HD.

mobtxx: I travel with these in a mobile environment and really like them. They are lighter than the normal cord and easier to wrap around the monitor... BUT fair warning... they are somewhat delicate and DO NOT last near as long as the thicker ones! I buy about 2 or 3 of these a year as the bending up near the connector will break the inner wires fairly easily if you move it around a lot like me. I wrap them around the base of the monitor and then put it in a travel case. (I know, the worst thing you can do to these cords!) They are mostly inexpensive, so I just throw it out when it starts to go bad and get another one from the replacement stock I keep in my travel bag!

R. White: Excellent! This cable is just what I needed. It may be difficult to visualize but where I have this cable is in a somewhat tight area to work with when I need to disconnect quickly. The cable has a snug, but not too tight fit which allows me to connect\disconnect easily. A cable with a more typical larger end would not have worked as well for me. The connect\disconnect action of this cable is almost as if it were an HDMI cable. Although the ends are well made as sturdy you'll of course want to be careful not to bend the pins.
