Chad: Cheaply made. Cheap seat, not adjustable. Not what you'd expect for a $600 bike.

JKB: I have not been on a BMX bike in 25 years. My 4 yr old started racing this season, and she is so fast on her Mongoose Title Micro I had to upgrade from the mini schwinn stingray I would ride with her to something that could keep up with her. I dont plan on racing this bike, more just to cruise with the kid and use the bike to demonstrate and teach the kid. I always wanted a 24" BMX and now I have a reason to get one!
The bike was packed well. I wouldn't really say it is a beginner bike, as traditionally a person would start BMX racing at an age this bike would be to big to ride, but I guess in todays world 30 is the new 20 so I guess 20 is the new 10? I am 5'8 and this bike fits me just fine. Being a life long bike rider I knew if I wanted to cruise the hood a new seat and post was needed so I ordered that at the time of the bike. Also the crank set is pretty heavy, useable, but heavy and when racing light is right! The bottom bracket has sealed cartridge bearings. The peddles are of the cheap plastic variety. I replaced the bottom bracket, crankset with a hollow tech style, and what a huge weight saving. I also ordered some fancy aluminum peddles, and installed it all right...

A Real ReviewA Real Review: First, let me tell you I worked in a probike shop building italian road bikes, lacing up wheel sets all through college. I raced and won triathlons and raced many criterions and marathons. I found this bike for sale one day only at $206 and bought it immediately. The parts looked right and I knew I could give this girl a proper lift up and tune her to her full potential. I just came back from open practice tonight and wow what a wonderful ride. I did tear it completely down to the bearings, grease and start fresh, but in the end I got a light, fast, tight, bmx race bike that flies. When you bounce this weapon on the ground it feels like a basketball. No rattles, no noise, nothing. Just Solid. I'm 5-9 170lbs and bought the pro -xxl. I was easily keeping up with riders on Chase, Supercross, Intimidator, and other exotic carbon and aluminum missiles. I say buy it. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Strip it down, lube it up, and reassemble. It will be one of the best, cheap bikes you'll find. My stable also includes Kink, Stolen, Redline, Chase Edge, Giant Liv Carbon Gravel, and a Salsa Cutthroat Carbon Gravel. I know bike and this one does not disappoint.

Len Letain: The only thing that I have to say that is negative about this bike is the seat that it came with it is cheap and does not adjust whatsoever it is moulded in a awkward angle. Luckily I kept my son‘s old seat otherwise the rest of the bike is A1

Kyle: This bike works more or less. But there are a few problems that people should be aware of before ordering. The stem is made of very soft aluminum and the threads in it are powder coated or painted so the bolts don’t torque down properly; you will need to clean the coating off the inside of the clamping surface and from the threads if you don’t want your bars folding forward on you. The brake and cable have a LOT of flex and provide very little stopping power, so be prepared to buy a new cable and v-brake. The freewheel is very poor quality and wobbles around, it also sounds like a bag of sand after a few rides so be prepared to replace it. The paint chips and scratches easily, and the pedals are not race appropriate. The front chainring is also starting to mushroom at the pin. This bike might be good for gentle riding but needs a lot of work to be race ready.

charles keshiri: Arrived safely, assembly was easy but freewheel made clanking noise when pedalling, and seat angle is bad and is non-adjustable. Called customer service and they said they’d send a complete new rear wheel, but they only sent 3 pieces of the freewheel instead!!! Meaning the freewheel had to be disassembled in order to replace the 3 pieces! This is stupid because the entire freewheel is only $30 which is less than the hassle to do labour to fix this cheap part. They should have just sent a whole freewheel instead. I bought a new freewheel myself and had it replaced. Other than this, the bike is very good so far.

Rich BRich B: Was looking for a complete race ready bike with quality components for $400-$600. After some shopping around and reading reviews this one seemed to be the best deal. It arrived quickly with no damage or missing parts. It’s mostly assembled and the rest of the assembly is rather easy with some basic tools most everyone has at home. After looking over the quality of the parts and taking It out on a few rides I’d say this is an excellent bike that’s basically ready to race right out of the box. I gave it a 4 but it’s probably more like a 4.5 but that’s not an option. The deduction is for 5 issues I had 4 of which are mostly minor complaints. 1st issue I had was the brake handle. It’s really long like you’d see on a motorcycle. Besides being a little unnecessary added weight it’s also something that could get bent or broken in a crash or perhaps caught on another rides pants or shirt in a close racing situation. It works fine but I will be replacing it. 2nd the seat pole is too short for casual street riding. It’s padded for street riding but way too short and at a funny angle. The should’ve either made it slightly longer or just saved putting padding on It...
