Julie: This carrier worked great to bring milk on a 4 hour flight. I put two Ziploc bags of ice around 4 4oz Dr Browns bottles (definitely had room for more), and the ice had only melted a bit 6 hours later! Please note however that this bag is NOT waterproof; the ziplocs of ice leaked into the bag on the way home, and the water leaked out of the seams and through the bottom onto my bag underneath. I'll definitely use again, but will be careful not to let any water seep into the bag.

Derp: This is great for transporting six 8 oz Dr. Brown's bottles! I have twins, so each day I have to send them to daycare with six large bottles. It was a challenge to find a bottle bcarrier that worked for this. We can transport all the bottles, along with their caps, in this carrier. It fits well inside of their diaper bag backpack. Bottles have spilled inside it before (because bottle caps were not secured properly, not because of the design of this product), and it is cleaned up very well. It also allows you to store an ice pack in the middle (we have the Medela one). We live in a very warm climate, and it is kept the bottles very chilled for several hours.
