H: I have a Vivoactive 3 with terrible battery life and no OEM bike mount solutions. I used this, rubber banded to a rubber bike phone mount, hooked to a power pack in my bento box, to keep it running during my half ironman last weekend. It worked ok to kind of slap the watch on and off during transition, and have a smart computer throughout 56 miles. The watch was then charged for the 3+ hours it takes me to finish the run. For the record, it poured most of the bike, no issues with the charger. I think i'll use the setup on other long rides. Still not happy with the VA3's community developed multisport app, but that's not anything to do with this product! Wish it had been like $3 cheaper.
