Ernesto: For the price it’s actually a good quality product. Comes with screws but doesn’t come with plastic anchors if your planning to attach it to drywall. But for the price it’s a great bargain.

AnnAnn: It will definitely do the job and look fine at a glance. Not the nicest material--the mount is plastic, the ring is either plastic or some kind of cheap metal--and the plastic spacer that keeps the ring from rattling in the mount looks kind of cheap, but, it punches above its price of $4. I needed something cheap and easy in a rental that I'm comfortable with leaving when I move out that still looks fine, and this definitely fits the bill! Easy to install.
My 4-star rating is because it doesn't come with drywall anchors, not even cheap ones. I would feel comfortable using just cheap flimsy anchors, but not comfortable without them. I had a box of them lying around so I was fine, but you'll want to either put this into a stud or use your own anchors.
