Mark W: As part of our kitchen renovation, we chose this faucet to modernize the sink area. The installation was surprisingly easy following the directions. The spray option is powerful and long enough to accommodate a double sink and the faucet neck swivels easily from side to side. The unit also came with a soap dispenser pump which we did not install but looks attractive. We did research on several units and felt this faucet was a good price for what you get.

Les Holliday: The faucet arm curves up above the sink at a higher level than the previous faucets we've had in our kitchen. However, after an initial adjustment period, we actually like the higher level more. Too many times I couldn't turn over a pan or cookie sheet because it clanked up against the faucet. With this faucet, there is enough clearance for all of our pans and cookie sheets and bowls.

Additionally, the water flow control has a good and easy-to-use range. Small adjustments to strength of flow and temperature of the water are easy to make. Small taps don't move the dial from blistering hot to ice cold or from full flow to tiny drizzle. While this might seem to be a "given" for the average faucet, we have had two kitchen faucets (neither of them cheap) that offered less control over flow and temperature.

The only "drawback" --for us--is the placement of the water control lever on the right side of the fixture. Yes, we could have installed it with the controller on the left, but the problem would have been the same one: you always have to hold the item to be washed in the same hand (either left or right, depending on the way it has been set up). This is a very nice looking faucet from a reputable manufacturer. The entire extraction of the previous Kraus unit (nice design cheaply made, though not cheap to buy it was more than this one) and installation of this faucet was probably no more than two hours labour, as executed by this squeaky, creaky old man scrunching in under and out above the sink numerous times. If you can corner an assistant to help from above the task should be greatly facilitated.

The provided mounting nut socket tool is very useful and expedites the process tremendously. I'd read a review that recommended feeding the sprayer's hose through the assembly BEFORE mounting, rather than after as stated in the instructions, and that was excellent advice. You will have to thread the hose through the provided tool, too, if you do feed it first, but that was easy enough. I don't understand how some reviewers’ nozzles would dangle without fully retracting, unless they failed to mount the weight at the overtly marked location on the hose, or they have not maintained an obstruction free zone in the weight and hose area under the sink.
