PyxieStyx: Please buy what you think will fit. They are true to size. I thought I was being smart and sized up. Bad idea. I could've stuck both feet in one sock. But they are pretty and seem sturdy. I just sent them back so I can get a smaller size.

mk2: I sprained/strained my ankle several days ago. These arrived today and wow, I could feel the relief as soon as I put the sleeve/wrap on. Aah :) It is nice to have two so if one needs a wash, I will still have one available. It is slim enough that I can wear a sock over it and my shoes still fit.
Also, thank you to everyone who said order a size down! Yes, I measured for a medium, but the small is just right.

Kevin Johnson: I followed the measurement chart before ordering and yet I feel like the pair I recieved must be too small ( ordered a small based on their chart) The shape of them and lack of flexibility at the top of the foot, pulls the foot into an unnatural position, like a ballerine on their toes, making them hard to walk in and this led to foot cramps. I like the no-slip top , they did provide good support for my ankle, and the fabric is breatheable as described, but all in all its not a comfortable fit.

SuperBuburuz: It fits a bit big, I have 9-1/2 men's and the medium could be a little tighter. I am able to wear it all day with no issues and it has helped my recovery.
