Chance: The art work is very nice, but these cards are not for mature people. There were only a very few cards with mature adults in it the deck most of the cards were very young people. Some of characters just seemed out of place. I wish that I had taken the time to review this before returning so that I could go through the deck and give a more explicit review. These would be perfect for a young person who is new to tarot. There was quite a bit of diversity in the characters which was wonderful, except for diversity in age. They were just not the cards for me. I do not recommend to someone who has been working with tarot for a while.

AmberAmber: I’m new at reading cards but I apparently have a gift and without hesitation I am able to read the cards with ease. These are like the Rider Waite deck but the people on the cards are modern witches like in the picture the joker is a carefree woman and her dog. She is wearing a backpack and has an iPod in her hand. The other one is the magician who looks to change the future in good ways and is also dressed in modern clothing.

michelle: The best non Rider Waite deck that still contains all the symbology of Rider Waite decks, making it ideal for beginners to advanced readers. Some changes on the 4 wands and the city in the background of the fool especially, doesn't go well with the meaning.

Comes in a great box with a hardback book. Vibrant colours, good quality. The book has some spreads but no reversal meanings. The upright meanings given are very good though.

However, because there are no men depicted in the deck, especially in the king cards, the cards do lack the masculine energies and feel somewhat unbalanced. For that reason, I'm not sure how successful a deck it will be overall during readings, as beautiful and near perfect as it is.

Natalia Libra-Rising: The pros:
The lovely artwork is colorful and sticks close to the Waite-Smith model, so anyone can learn the foundations with this deck. There is a great diversity of femmes and gender fluid people in the deck—it IS a modern feminist deck. The hardback LWB is nice to see and I really like the spread that is included in the back. There is a two-part slide-off hard box with printing on the inside! Very nice set at this price point. I love the backs! A lot. The color and design on this deck is wonderful! It's not reversible, but it's passible, so you can still use reversibles without clients knowing exactly. (The two swords pointing to the right is upright).

I've been using this deck for a while and wanted to wait before posting a review. Overall, it reads very well for the purposes of my reading practice. However, there are a couple glaring things about the deck that I want to point out, which brings me to the cons.

The cons:
The card stock is way too thick and difficult to shuffle. There's no way to riffle shuffle this deck. Also, overhand shuffling damages the edges of the cards. (The top layer gets dinged and starts to peel off in places.) I have to break up...
