Charlene Brown: This is late coming but I've been wanting to review this for quite some time. I've had this product for 3 years. I mostly love it. The only downside for me is that you can't set your own radio stations. You scan the radio and the unit selects 20 radio stations that it thinks are clear. However, 90% of them are all static. We have a local radio station that is higher in numbers (102.5) and this alarm clock won't find it. I have finally found a station that doesn't have quite as much static if I place the antenna in a certain position. I won't use the beeping alarm because I much rather prefer to wake up to the radio. Frustrating, but I really like the size and that the alarm always on feature. I just have to remember to turn it off on the weekends so I don't get woken up at 5:30 a.m. I also like the multiple brightness settings, especially the lowest, which appears to be just black to me. I have sleep anxiety, so if I wake up and see the time. I won't be able to fall back to sleep.

Paul: I need a loud alarm to wake me up. This clock radio does that perfectly, with both the buzzer and the radio. It also has very good radio sound, even at high volume. It's very easy to set the time for both clock and alarm and to switch the alarm on and off. My only little niggle about it is that setting radio stations with presets and scan is a little tricky, but this is in no way a deal breaker considering how well it wakes me up. This replaces my Sonic Alert, Sonic Bomb which I bought a few months ago. This one has better features, looks much better and is just as loud.

Pamela Hall: I purchased this clock radio to replace a very old favorite clock radio. I was so pleased!
It is easy to program, has various brightness readings, the radio is great and it is a nice size!
I had it for a couple of months and then for some reason I had difficulty reprograming the radio station.
I checked Amazon and found a customer service email. I thought it was futile to even try to contact them thinking I wouldn't get a response. But I did and a day or two later I received a nice resply from Alice. We communicated a few times and my issue was resolved!
Great clock radio and great customer service! Can't beat that!!

camille: I don’t usually write reviews. I just set up this alarm clock radio and came straight here. I did A LOT of research before buying this one and I am so happy with my choice. This clock has every feature that I wanted: large bright numbers, dimmer, sleep timer, radio and buzzer option, snooze, radio station preset and most importantly SIMPLICITY and EASE OF USE. The buttons are the perfect size and easy to find. I had no difficulty setting it up. The sound quality is good. The clock itself is a nice modern design that is compact and doesn’t take up too much space on my nightstand. I absolutely love it and am so happy! If you are looking for a simple, straightforward alarm clock radio that is easy to use, does exactly what it is supposed to, without any fancy bells and whistles, and at a great price, then I strongly recommend this product.

LinMaine: This little alarm clock is a nice size but very lightweight and cheap feeling so I’m fairly confused about all the good reviews. I have a couple of major issues with it, number one it doesn’t allow you to choose radio stations, it auto scans and presets for whatever it finds. Somehow it only found 10 stations and we have probably a minimum of 30 in our area and none of them came in clear they all sounded like two stations playing at once. It also has no AM option which I wanted. I can’t understand who thought this was a good idea because you can adjust everything else on the clock from brightness level to alarm volume and a lot more. My second issue is it’s quite deceiving describing it as having a battery back up because it is only saving settings, so too clarify it does not allow the alarm to continue to work or keep the correct time. The only thing the battery back up does is apparently hold your preset stations and maybe the light and volume levels you set. So when you wake up two hours late for work not to worry because you don’t have to set your 10 preset stations again! WTH
