Mama Bear: I've been using this powder product for a few years now on my poodle to pull the hair out of his ear canals. I put a little bit in his ear, and then use my fingers to pull out tiny portions of hair inside his ear canal. This powder makes it so the hair is very easy to grip, and doesn't slip out of your hands. Be careful not to grab too much hair at once when pulling them out or you will hurt your dog! Only grab tiny strands of hair at one time. After I'm done gently pulling the hair out of his ear, I follow it up with the Step 2 product which is the alcohol type Ear Cleaner. I put the Step 2 cleanser on a cotton ball and clean his ear with it after I'm done. I do not use the Step 3 product, no need. My poodle doesn't like getting the hair pulled from his ear canal (I don't think any dog does), but this product seems to make it a bit more bearable.

Rienell A.: Keeps the moisture and wax build up from posting cropped ears. Some say not to use it, but that's because they aren't cleaning the dogs ears well before use which results in infection or nasty build up. This must be used on very clean and healthy ears before posting a proper post. When used correctly, it's effective. Also, if the ears get wet and you don't clean them after using this, more nasty build-up will form. Always use on DRY, CLEAN, HEALTHY ears for success.

Melissa Vatcher: i bought this as recommended by a few vets online, and while it does work great you don't get a lot in the container. i don't know how long this will last but on just two pups i used quite a bit at a time
