Santosh Johnson: Bought the inflatable sofa to furnish apt while in nursing school. When I received the sofa, I found a hole in the backrest that could not be patched. Contacted Millard Brands about the problem, and Rik got back to me right away offering refund or replacement. I received a replacement within a week or two and it has been comfortable and all the quality I expected. Really happy with this purchase and appreciative of the customer service.

Romeka Washington: I purchased 2 blue and 2 gray. I have not inflated the grays yet. The price was on point for me. For the product received, it's great. It was comfy enough to sit and watch a game. It did seem to lean over to one side but it didn't tip over (yet). One of the blue one was fixed prior to me getting it and I will be returning as soon as more are in stock. It took some time to inflate and I'm unsure if it inflated fully as my coach was not as smooth as the vendor picture. It did have some places were the plastic/vinyl were nicked but didn't seem to effect the product so I'm okay with that. These will not be used everyday. OH...forgot....only one person was sitting so I'll have to give an update once it's used as it should. But initial thought is ... it's a keeper!

erinh007: I bought this specifically for camping. It took a little bit to inflate, but filled out nicely and was fairly solid. It has cup holders on the arms, although I don't know how sturdy they are, didn't use them. We're not talking about an Amish crafted piece of furniture here, I mean, it's a blow up couch, so keep that in mind. Do I think it would hold up in your living room as an everyday couch? No. Was it perfect on camping trips to hang out on at the end of the bed in the tent? Yes. I would recommend.

YHYH: Not that comfortable is like I am at an angle about to far. The cup holder is distorted. Not easy to get eagerly part inflated. I gave up just pump how much I could pump. And is an okay sofa for the mean time till I can get a good one.

Crystal Fountain: When I first inflated the couch and sat on it, it lifted up on the opposite side. So I inflated it more. It then looked as if I had over inflated it and it was slightly raised on one side again; only this time, no one was sitting on it. I sat on it and the raised side stayed up. I slightly deflated it, it looked normal, but when I sat on it this time it was very uncomfortable. Overall, I believe if you put the proper amount of air in all its chambers, the it should work just fine. I do not recommend using it as a permanent piece of furniture because you would have to add air everyday. This couch uses a bike pump to inflate which I found convenient

Sander: The inflatable couch was delivered quite fast to me in a double box. The inner box from Milliard has an extra piece of cardboard underneath the tape so it's less likely you'll cut into the couch. The carry case isn't anything special, but it does the job just fine.
The inflatable couch itself:
The inflatable couch looks like a slightly darker grey than in the pictures, it's a tiny bit transparant and is a thick soft pvc that has some texture to it, the joints seem pretty big and strong.
There are 3 airchambers: the seat, the backrest and the stabilizer, unfortunately the valves on the 2 big chambers are too small to fill the couch rapidly with an electric pump.
Do as the manual says and inflate the couch until it feels springy to the touch, then you wil have a solid couch with surprisingly good backsupport. Just inflating it until it looks like a wrinkly couch is not enough, it will sag and roll over.
Will it stand the test of time?
Inflatables are just like glass, they can either take all the abuse in the world or pop if you look at them in a funny way.

Jim Smith: I don't normally bother reviewing products but this item deserves a review. Arrived on time and meets my expectations. Very comfy and looks great. I am in digs and needed something comfy for when my wife visits London. Like that I can pack it away if I move rooms etc. Didn't have a pump but managed to inflate it by mouth in 5 minutes. Overall excellent quality and service

Tom: It's not bad. You need to make sure to blow it up perfectly. Judging from the other reviews I received an updated version. It does lean back a bit but it's an air couch. If you even you body and then lean back its fine. It seem sturdy. I hav had it for a few days and it's cool. Had a buddy over and he didn't even know it was an air couch until he sat on it. It's not ugly. It's perfect for a single young guy like me. Fits my bachelor apartment vibe.

SP: Popped a hole in it the first day (my fault) patched it with crazy glue and has been fine since. Would be good against a wall but in the open feels like your going to tip over if you lean back.
