Chip: I wasn’t impressed but I wasn’t expecting to be. For this price, you get a lot. It’s not going to be your new favorite sanding product nor the fastest but it is useful and I won’t be running out anytime soon. I won’t buy this again because I’ve recently found better options near the same price.

Robert ReddenRobert Redden: I put this review in the context of having used other brand equivalents of the same product. In fact, I used two other brands before I purchased this product, photos of all three of which I have included for comparison. I will comment on the photos now early in discussion, so anyone interested need not read my entire commentary before getting to a discussion of the photos for the purpose of context.
The first photo is that of the single sample 80 grit sanding sheet that came with the Ryobi Corner Cat sander that I was using on my project. It shows how the sheet appeared after about five hours' use sanding a very rough surfaced deck to remove stain that could not be removed with chemical treatments alone.
The second and third photos are two different sheets of the Diablo brand that was all that was offered at the big box store where I purchased the sander (that product is also sold here on Amazon). The first of the two shows the condition of one sheet after only about 45 minutes of use. The second of the two shows the condition of a second sheet after only about 1/2 hour.
