I purchased a single light about a year ago for my 2 car garage. It brightened it up so much. I decided to replace the four single light bulbs in my basement, and wow, what a difference! They were very easy to install: decide if you want the blades all the way extended, or angle then up a bit (I
angled them up a bit... That seemed to spread the light out further), then unscrew the old bulb and screw in the fan bulb.

These lights are great. Order 3 more to finish lighting basement. Lights are brighter than typical 60 watts given their ‘fans’ which you can angle to light different areas. Really cool!

I replaced some older higher wattage CFL's (150 watt equivalent) with these LEDs. I like that the center has its own light source, in addition to the 4 foldable/directable panels. It's a very white light, almost bordering on bluish probably as a first impression because my previous lights were warmer. The light output on these is excellent. I don't have a meter to measure the lumens, but even mounted from a high ceiling, I am satisfied with the brightness all the way to the floor. Two units on two sockets provides complete coverage in my garage.
This is an initial review. I will likely update if the unit(s) start failing. I'm hoping they will last.
