Method Ecover Automatic Dishwasher Detergent Tablets

Truly: I was looking for a product with that was affordable, cleaned well and does not have a toxic smell. This hit all 3. I paid a little more then I wanted but am pleased with the cleaning and also they seem less toxic then what I was using. I have yet however to look up toxicity levels of ingredients. They do have a small plastic bag around each one that has to be taken off. This is a little annoying when you are used to the dissolving bag and you would certainly want to prompt younger helpers to make sure to get it off. Likely the bag helps to preserve the pod though so IMO it is a fair trade.

Rachel Gonsalves: Gets my dishes, really clean and doesn’t leave a residue like the other eco-friendly brand I was using before. Can’t beat the price, the only complaint is that they’re wrapped in plastic, I wish they would use some sort of dissolvable starch gets my dishes, really clean and doesn’t leave a residue like the other eco-friendly brand I was using before. Theresa: OK I like that this is a very good product for the environment as far as what goes into the water and on your dishes. Yes, it really washes well and there’s no residue or odor. I love that comes in a cardboard box. I don’t love that it’s individually wrapped in plastic. I wish they could figure out a way to not have to add plastic to this product at all..maybe something that breaks down in water?? . Buts it way way better than the plastic jugs or non environmentally friendly product. Let’s all go green!!!

FirstfireCA: I have used this product for two years now in my two mini dishwashers. It cleans very well, it is biodegradable, has a neutral scent, and is the least expensive option - both in stores and on Amazon.com. I can't recommend it highly enough.

D: I recommend this detergent in terms of its effectiveness and have now twice purchased this 8-box package, but what bugs me is that the price of the package—consistently shipped and sold by Amazon—seems to regularly oscillate between ~$60 and a whopping ~$160. Not cool, Amazon; beware, first-time buyers.

Carolyn Threinen: No chemical smells like other brands, citrus clean scent is subtle, I can stand in the kitchen with the dish washer on and not near pass out from the other tabs full of chemicals. Thank you for this! ….dishes come out crystal clean, not harming the environment. But mostly I LOVE LOVE LOVE the PRICE! At $5.99 for 25 pods. I mean this is astounding and amazing! Please keep that up you have a buyer for life here. At that price.

Despite the fact i see here people whining about the individually wrapped tabs…. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they are INDIVIDUALLY wrapped .. so there is NO POWDER at the bottom of the box and each one is fresh. …. Excellent and well done I say! Keep that up!

If you are worried about the environment everyone should get off their ass and fight to stop the chemtrails being sprayed and the radiation bombardment on your smart meters and every technology that is emitting radiation instead of complaining about tiny super thin plastic wrapping of your dish detergent tabs sheesh ! Come on now people … really? There are far more dangerous and harmful things in the world we ALL should be working to stop … direct your energy to those things or we will...

nathalia morales: It works well. The only reason why i give 4 instead of 5 stars is because each tablet is individually packed in plastic. It says is recyclable but it would be better not to have it at all. People who buy these eco friendly products are looking to reduce environmental impact. Because something is recyclable doesn’t mean will be recycled.
