R. SwensonR. Swenson: Great for displaying mineral collection. Not too small, not too big, neutral case color doesn’t distract from specimen, easily holds a title card (see pic). Cotton batting gives it a nice touch and helps keep specimen in place although small, light ones can still move around. To set off clear specimens such as waterless quartz, I replace batting with black velvet. With uniform size I can quickly and easily arrange a tray full for exhibit.

Bonnie: these are very nice, and the textured design on the outside is pretty. I've been using these for my jewelry that I sell, and they've worked out great. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lids seem a bit loose and tend to fall off easily. i just wish they were more snug when closed
