I think I would have loved these if they were full upon arrival, but one was lacking the sand or whatever is in it. So they are uneven which makes it hard for me to use for a workout, so sadly I just haven't been using them.

I attended a Barre class and the instructor used these balls for toning and a great workout. I purchased these for home use and they are great. It order to strengthen my hamstrings, I just place it behind my knee in a lift/hold. It works well.

I received 2 of these. They are not the same. One is soft and the other is hard. I believe they are supposed to be equal size and feel. They are not.

These are a great accessory for Pilates work with my clients. I work with a lot of teenage dancers, and have found they respond better to using these as opposed to dumbbells. The weight is ideal for adding strength training into reformer exercises, but I will also place these on clients' lower backs during four point kneel position to challenge hip stability. A tricky but great way to get them to learn about isolation and control. Would have purchased more if that shipping costs were not as high for sending to NZ. Thanks!
