Sorry other reviewers received bum pens. Mine arrived just fine. A very tiny mar but I've added my own so no big deal. I'm super happy with this pen and honestly couldn't tell you what possessed me to buy it other than I needed something other than standard Bic and Paper Mate. Love the rose gold color and and the blooming chunk of ice on top. It twists open and closed smoothly. The ink flows smoothly too - awesome, I hate scratchy pens. It had a slight "globing" right at first (from storage??) but hasn't done that at all since. This is just darn cute.
UPDATE: bought my pen June 16, 2017. Today is Aug 14, 2017 and I'm out of ink. One of the FAQs is: What ink refills fit this pen?

WHAT???? How is that an answer? Deducting one star. I sent an email for locating a replacement ink refill. If I get a stupid answer back I'm knocking this down to 1-star. If the ink can be refilled share the info!!!
