Chris: Easy to install. The only issue was with the adjustable mount. It was very tight at first and I wasn't sure how to loosen it. I ended up taking it completely apart accidentally but was able to put it back together and then it worked fine. Note that the white plastic ring is NOT garbage!! It is a crucial part. Just unscrew it a little and it will loosen up.

Castro: OH MAN! the hose is cool and all but that piece that holds the shower head in place sucks! it broke like 3 times on me! had to get a different one. the hose is awesome! but that plastic piece just cracked over and over with the hand tightening. you've been warned :)

They also included a small roll of the pipe tape, but it was a bit lightweight so I just used what I already had.
