Not just because it was affordable for a kid that will probably grow out of them within the next month but that they're high tops and they will stay on while playing. Now for durability, In the short time that he'll be wearing I will have to come back update and let you know. Will it last a season ???? We shall see?

matt: I bought these for my 11 year old. He has only played in them for a week, but so far he says they feel great. No discomfort after a 2 hour practice.

Amazon Customer: Purchased these in a size 12, which I normally wear. Although I admin I have wide feet, when I put them on (which was an ordeal in itself) and stood up - I could see my socks on either side of the tongue. The length fit well, but I would go up a 1/2 size to ensure a comfortable fit. 4 stars for fitment.
