BeTay_claseBeTay_clase: I receive the item 2 days ago, and It was easy to put together. But the chalkboard came with some sort of residue damage that I’m unable to clean off. My child can still draw on the chalkboard. I am unable to clean the residue off. I suspect it’s a result of where it was stored at Amazon, the packaging and heat.

Defective Part - require solutionDefective Part - require solution: We chose this Art Easel for our son’s birthday. Imagine his disappointment and my husband’s surprise when while assembling the parts, they did not fit because on one of the legs, the holes were drilled too high, causing a misalignment of the white board.
We have written to M&D customer care and are awaiting their “quick” response.
In the mean time, although we do like the actual easel, we DO NOT recommend M&D brand for an obvious reason of poor quality control from their suppliers.
We hope that M&D will address this quality issue with their product and will provide us with a resolution as soon as possible.

Sarah K: We have had this product for 2 years now and it seems to be working well and holding up strong. It assembles well and all elements work well. It goes well with the accessory paint and supply set. I would recommend this as it has held up through 4 kids and a lot of moving around and chaos. Still holding up strong.

KateKate: Product arrived on time! I am very happy with the final result, however the holder on the whiteboard side came damaged. I noticed it when I set it up today, it was a Christmas present for my daughter. This is not a huge deal for me, just thought I should let others be aware. Everything else is perfect. I did find the blue knobs were hard to turn (there are 4 different coloured knobs that act like nuts when you screw the parts together) the other 3 colours, no issue. End result worked out just fine

To fold it, I will have to unscrew the base, not the worst, but would have liked an easier way to put this away.
Assembly is similar to all other flat box shipped toys, its not the worst but figuring out which way to align the sides took a couple of tries and I did not think the first page of instructions showed the holes very well (it says specifically to align the number and it looks like the number stickers, however, this proved to be incorrect which was frustrating to figure out at the very very end).
