Snowy: 4.5 Stars
In this enjoyable installment of Bree, Matt and the crew...we get to see relationship development between our two MC's. The thing I like about mysteries with light romance, is that there's more growth and less angst than my other favorite genre Fantasy. It's currently hitting this mood reader's spot. We also see forward motion with Bree and her brother Adam.
On to the mystery. It didn't surprise me or come out of nowhere. It was written well and Chief Deputy Tod is getting more trust from Bree. But am I the only one that remembers in book one that CD Tod was running the department with help from Marge and now he doesn't have the experience in being a detective type. Probably overthinking again. Anyway, on to the next one.

Lily: I couldn’t put the book down the story kept unfolding so fast that you had to keep up with it! This is the third story I have read and enjoyed them all, looking forward to the next.

Andrew Edward Earl: Great story. Fantastic characters, even the dogs. The characters have developed nicely. Can't wait for the next one. I encourage you to read this and the other books in the series.
