Kara: This book truly changed how I look at food. Ive had SIBO/IBS for over 15 years. I just recently found out I had it and what it was because no doctor knew what I had until I found a gastroenterologist that had SIBO himself. I asked if I need to change my diet he said “no”. He had no answers as to what I should eat. He said he just knows when he eats a food his body dosent like he pays the price. He wanted to put me on antidepressants because he figured this was caused from stress. I believe it was but I didn’t need antidepressants. Tired of doctors wanting to put you on meds for no reason.
I was stressed not knowing what I had for so long and no one to help me.
I followed AWs food plan and only ate what he recommended.
At first I thought this was too hard but after feeling so good, less bloat, no gas after eating, more energy, my skin looked bright and glowing and hydrated. I actually looked and felt younger. My SIBO is much better. I’m still healing as it’s only been a couple weeks. I have a long way to go. Get this book if you have any symptoms or health issue or if you want to prevent any issues and stay healthy. You won’t regret it....

Amanda : Before finding Medical Medium information I had struggled with my health in a lot of different ways throughout my life. I was born with an underdeveloped brain and body due to intrauterine growth restriction as a result of my mothers preeclampsia. I was injured by routine medical treatments as a baby. I had many behavioral problems, insomnia, depression & anxiety, learning disabilities, ptsd, ocd, chronic frozen shoulder and digestive issues throughout childhood that followed me into adulthood. I became addicted to drugs and alcohol as a teen and struggled with addiction for over a decade. Bi polar diagnosis, mystery body pain, benign tumors, mystery pelvic pain, chest pain and tightness, anxiety attacks, depression, hair loss, bacterial infections, postpartum depression & anxiety, pudendal neuralgia and more have plagued my adult life. annabelle15: I used to work for an agency (not naming names) that handled lots of disability claims. I worked in customer service and I (and my colleagues) heard detailed information about everyone's health problems, both physical and mental - thousands and thousands of heart-rending stories. (At this point, I had not heard of Medical Medium.) As time went on (having grown up on the Standard American Diet, for one thing) I developed symptoms that rivaled those of some of the people I talked to. I was not the only one, of course, and we used to joke that we should be filing for disability, too. Anyway, I was luckier than many, in that I already had a basic distrust of the health care "system" so that I wasn't pumping myself full of prescription drugs making things worse, and wasn't going from doctor to doctor. And, though, in time, I moved away from some of the bad stuff I was doing with diet, cutting out most of the junk food and things like that, there was so much more that I was completely unaware of (good and bad) until, thank God, my niece turned me on to M/M.

Chris Berkholtz: Hands down this is THE BEST book ever. I've read it multiple times and always pick up new things . There is a tonne of information in just this one book (and he has others that I highly recommend buying) Add it to your cart - the sooner you get it the better. Medical Medium information is so advanced in his books that scientist aren't event there yet. A must read for everyone and every doctor too !!
