Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Awesome rub!!! Great taste, but it doesn't have that much heat. Since my wife isn't really a fan of spicy things, I used this on the alligator I smoked a few weeks ago. I discovered a love of smoking things, my wife found out that we could get a whole alligator shipped to our house, and this happened. Since it wasn't cheap, I tried a bunch of different rubs so I could find one that she'd like. This one was great. It's got good Cajun flavor without heat that's there just to be hot.

M. Marshall: This is a good seasoning blend. It's a little sweet on the front end then the spice kicks in. I tried it today on some roasted potatoes. You need to use a few shakes of it to season.

TG: First, the product does taste good but … I am removing a star because they (Meat Church and Amazon) do not openly show the ingredients - how stupid is that, I mean I bought it w/o knowing but only a person brain washed by You Tube videos would do that (there must be a lot of us). Now another star off for having MSG, mostly because you had been hiding it - I am not 100% sure I care that it contains it (I love Americanized Chinese food) but my wife cares so don’t add it to your product as it is not needed or wanted.
Now, if you are still wondering about the ingredients, the actual container says (after I had to remove the bar code sticker that was strategically and neatly placed over the ingredients label on the actual product): Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Spices including Paprika, Dehydrated Jalapeño, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Onion, Canola Oil.
