McKesson Rinse-Free Perineal Skin Cleanser with Fresh Scent, 1 Gallon, 1 Count

Ulfson: Embarrassingly, up in years, male, having to make do with dribbling incontinence and frequent urination. As a result of skin not fully cleansed of urine, I developed a hot, painful red rash on privates. Tried what I had on hand, antibiotic cream, hydogen peoxide and medicated skin lotion- not much relief. Got this and felt relief almost instantly. Overnight the rash healed up and the pain went away. Now I keep a couple of eight ounce squeeze bottles in car and bathroom. It smells pleasant, soothes, reduces dryness and chafing, and you can splash it on like after shave - no rinsing. Such a relief, one less infirmity of aging to be troubled by. Smearing on a thick white oxide diaper rash cream afterwards helps set up a moisture barrier until the next accident. Great product!!!
And very economical!

WakkyWabbit: Can you use this product to refill a pump foam bottle? Yes, and it foams great. The smell is floral but fades quickly to a light residual.
