Sandra B: I've always bought liquid sriracha sauce... but I really like this powder version better.
Been using it a few weeks now (in place of salt & pepper) and I really like it. Not a hot sauce gourmet... but I've tried most of them over the years.
I like a little zip but not my throat on fire. This is just right.
Like it so much I stocked up, 3 2.37 oz jars and a 22 oz backup, don't want to run out.
Expensive but I really enjoy it.
