Linda PV: Use this sparingly to begin with. It has a great umami flavor, but it's easy to oversalt with it. It's very course, so I have put it into a grinder which makes it better. Yummy.

JordanJordan: I originally found this product at my local Meijer. But unfortunately they stop selling it! So I was so excited to find it on Amazon, and it a much larger quantity at that! This stuff is amazing, it's absolutely worth it. One of the best garlic products I have purchased by far. It has a very savory not Smoky flavor but richness that has a touch of very light sweetness without being sweet is that make sense.
If you enjoy this you should also buy their black garlic powder. It takes everything to the next level.
