goldenstarlight67: I bought a different face paint set and it smelled like vinegar... Made of basically the same stuff. It was terrible. I had two other brands and this was one of em. It does stain but a little extra scrubbing it will come off. I would buy again.

Don't get me wrong there is a very very faint smell but it's what a face paint set should smell like. Smells like paint ever so slightly. And again it's not enough to notice till you start sniffing your things to make sure nothing else smells like vinegar. I trust this for my face. Even though it does stain a little.

Jeremy Lintern: These paints are great. Especially when we are inside these days, I purchased these to bring a little fun to our activities. Each of the individual boxes is quite small (1.5x1.5 inches) so this is good for precision color mixing not large rainbow needs, but we've loved using it. It also comes with two brushes- the flat brush is also quite small, but effective. The line brush is not great- would use a different one. It doesn't grab the color effectively and the bristles are too long to get a clean sharp line

SarahSarah: Generally speaking and for a beginner face painter, I think for the price it's worth it. The quality is almost similar to what I used before like tag and Dimond. The difference is the quality of the container which does not matter. The sponges are really small like I show in the picture. It washes easily with water and soap. I have a sensitive skin and this product is safe. I hope this information help you. Finally I would recommend it for beginners.
