Qwikby: very easy to install, but the columns don't lock into place, so if you lift the cart it falls apart. Not a big deal unless you have to go over a bump, which then requires you to lift it from the bottom.

A. H. AhlbergA. H. Ahlberg: As some others have reported, mine arrived with one shelf having one or more broken chunks out of the side on one shelf of the 3 provided. There's another review here that shows a picture of the location of where a chip gets broken out of the side of one of the two standard shelves near the corner. In my case, I had two such chipouts of almost identical size and shape to the one shown in the other review. And just as with the other reviewer's remarks I don't really consider this a fatal flaw so much as evidence that whoever packages these carts into their shipping cartons doesn't like their job or works in a slave labor camp and has no stake in the post production quality. There was no evidence on the outside of the carton of any mishandling during shipping - no gouges or indents, particularly on opposite sides of the carton which is what it would take to simultaneously chip out two opposite sides of the shelf.
But that being said, I like the overall quality as the provided wheels are large enough to take a load and the overall assembly is quick and easy. I use a dead blow rubber mallet to tap the pipes onto the shelves using gentle strikes to get them to seat fully. And I used...

Raymond Alex: Don't sell it short! It's a fantastic and solid little cart. I have my computer controlled Router machine on it.
Don't exceed the weight limits. Spread the weight out, centered, and it will work just fine.
I found putting the casters in the sockets when assembling, put a small piece of wood (1/2" dowel rod for me) in the center of the caster base, and tap it in with a small hammer.
BUY IT, you'll get years out of it!

PhD-Chick: I am not returning it because the only way to remove from box was to rip box off, it was of very soft cardboard. No wonder a big 4 inch by 1 inch chip of the black plasstic came off, like many reviewrs said. My main complaint however is that the post on each of 4 wheels DID NOT FIT INTO THE female hole under the shelf. My husband tried to hammer it in, and it is indeed now stuck in, but each wheel is a different height and so a bit wobbly. (they didn't go in all the way). Bottom line, chipped, wobbly, and not returnable due to broken box and 'stuck-in" wheels which cannot be removed. This is not opinion, only a factual account. was supposed to be 36.5 inches tall but mine is 38 inches tall due to wheel post not going in all the way. There were no instructions specifically on the wheels. Peace to you reader.

Pat: This MAX WORKS utility cart is OUTSTANDING and very easy to assemble. Putting this together is effortless and quick. The legs and parts fit without needing a sledge hammer. I would pay double for this brand in the future!
I bought a different brand several months ago. I waited 2 months to open it …so I could not return it. I used 2 bottles of extra-strength glue and a large roll of electrical tape securing the parts and legs. Now I store things on it. A very expensive lesson to be learned here.

NohemiNohemi: Muy buen mueble, es muy resistente y de buena calidad, es fácil de armar.
A pesar de ser muy resistente es mejor no cargarle mucho peso para evitar algún accidente.
Mi producto llegó bien protegido y en excelentes condiciones, llegó el día que debía llegar, lo recomiendo.
