MARIANNE W.: Smooth coffee but kind of dark..you only need about 2 scoops, but I drink my coffee on the less strong side. Smooth and satisfying. Size of the jar of coffee is great for the few dollars I paid. Coffee came overnight too, which is also a plus as a prime member.

Amazon Customer: I am a coffee snob however became fed up with paying so much for what I thought was the best choice in coffee. I tired this brand as a joke and was I surprised! It is as good, maybe better than the $19 a lb brand I was using. I highly recommend you give it a try, what do you have to lose except $7 and will probably save $$$$$ in the end.

Jack s.: This is actually really great coffee. I did not have much expectations from this coffee when I first ordered it but I actually love it so much now that I keep on ordering more and more. I'm the type of person who usually gets whole beans and tries different brands but ever since I tried this ground coffee it's hard to try something else because it's so good.
I usually drink my coffee black. The flavor is very smooth. It's not bitter or acidic. I make it for my wife with cream and sugar and tastes great with that combo as well.
I did notice that, at least to my pallet, this coffee tastes better when brewed using pour over method instead of a french press. Using it on a regular drop coffee machine should be good too.
The price for 2lbs of this stuff is better than any other brand. If you are thinking about trying this coffee, I would highly recommend you to do it!

Thanapal: Maxwell house is a strong and a rich coffee. It suits the description " Intense bold". Taste is good but comparatively is slightly less aromatic. It taste great with milk.

Catherine Gallow: As a a former coffee drinker, I had to switch over to decaf quite a few years ago, and Sanka is by far my favorite! I discovered it a few years back in the hospital. They served it to me at breakfast in a single use packet, and it tasted great!
However, you have to be really careful at how much you add because if you add even the smallest bit too much, it can taste quite bitter, and leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Other than that, I look forward to drinking it every morning! I love you Sanka, LOL.
