While others have purchased or made a straighting tool, I found it unneccessary for forming gentle bends for the corners of the garage and make long runs straight by simply gently bending small sections at a time. the result is a leak free install that is capale of handling by two stage 80 gallon compressor with 3 drops and enough left over to plumb a fourth drop in my 24 x 24 garage. Far cheaper and way easier to install than black or galvanized iron. Other similar blocks and fittings will fit this system in case you want to add to the existing system. Well worth the investment.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I did a ceiling mount with drop lines as most of our equipment is in the middle of the floor. This stuff is a little difficult to get rolled out perfectly straight but with some patience it came out ok. The flexible line did let me get around some obstructions like the electrical conduit. I bought 2 kits and used about every fitting from both kits but only one roll of airline from one kit. I also had to buy quite a few bushings and airline fittings. EXPECT that you will need more fittings than what the kit comes with unless you're doing a small house garage. All in all I'm happy. Took about 1 full day to complete, had no leaks when done, and now our airlines are off the floor!

Sean C.: I’m still installing, but stuff is pretty good, not at all disappointed, especially for the price/value. One thing to note is that the o-ring seals on the steel fittings are thin, and a couple were torn before I started, these guys are thinner than anything in my o-ring kit, so of course a bit tricky to replace. If you buy, just match up a couple o-rings, you’ll likely need them.

Reggie George: I was a little suspicious when I initially ordered, but seemed like a better way to go than piecing together black pipe or rubber lines. Wasn't disappointed at all, stuffs awesome.

The lines themselves are weirdly rigid while being easily formed to take turns or go around obstacles. I had one large 25 foot run behind conduits and other stuff on the wall I was worried about, simply cut the length I needed and pulled/pushed the line through in all of 2 minutes.

The fittings are solid, machined aluminum with brass plugs and a drain spout. I'd rate the machining as consumer grade, there are areas where edges are milled down right beside edges that aren't. Mind the utility parts are great, threads are clean and there's no burrs or anything I needed to take care of ahead of time.

Seems most people wind up with more line than fittings, which is smart for the company and easily solved by the consumer (I'll be it at a cost, the fittings are expensive). But the fittings it comes with are enough to get you started, and the quality and convenience of everything included makes up for having one less fitting than you'd want.

TSG: Although I've only had this system installed for a week, I'm tentatively giving it 5 stars. Purely based on other reviews I have some concerns for down the road, but right now everything seems really, really nice. Based on questions people have asked and some other reviews, let me throw some stuff out there:

The 3/4" tube is a little cumbersome to uncoil. You can make the machine on rapidair's website or something similar, but I had no problems getting the pipe pretty darned straight. My install consisted of several ~15' runs, the longest was 25'. I had a helper hold one end of the coil and then walked it out, holding it down with my feet as I walked with some really cushy flip flops. The end result was a *really* wide arc that was easy to straighten by hand. It was not a big deal.

I measured out each segment, then cut a length of the straightened pipe adding about a 1' for slop & mistakes. I planned so that each segment would only have one angle to avoid frustration. Starting with the longest straight, I connected the pipe to whatever fitting was there (sometimes a tee, sometimes an outlet) and then walked the pipe into the corner, forming it by hand as I went....
