John in Indy: Be sure to use the outlet civer screw to attach the pulg to the outlet, and then test to be sure it is grounded.
Don't overload your outlets or circuits.

Dante Alighieri: Purchased this product in lieu of others because I figured it would allow for the top outlet to be used, unfortunately with the name upright it only fits in the bottom to allow for the grounding screw. Good product otherwise but not why I purchased it specifically

Craig: Pretty much does the job as I need it to, but I'll echo other reviews complaints:
1. The inputs are spaced too close together, so I can pretty much only use the outer two unless the plugs are tiny.
2. The grounding pin is set about 1 mm or so from the back of the frame. As a result, when you plug it in the grounding pin sits 1mm away from the face of the outlet cover. Since the grounding screw on most outlets seems to be barely long enough, it can be tough to get the screw to meet the threads. I had to push extremely hard with the screwdriver to bend the grounding pin back to reach.
Overall, it's cheap and does the job. You might be able to get a better quality and price at a hardware store but ordering on Amazon is convenient.
