RJ Shiflet: I have always bought just the cheapest WalMart half-socks possible and been completely pleased with them. Recently my wife talked me into trying New Balance socks, and I couldn't believe the difference in padding, comfort, fit, etc.

But the New Balance brand is pretty pricey. I found these on Amazon and their claim of "Max Cushion" so I thought I'd give them a try.

Comparing them with name brand, I honestly can't feel a bit of difference and the only way I can tell them apart from New Balance is they don't have the "NB" logo on them. Otherwise, I feel they could have been made exactly like the name brand.

I've been very pleased with not only the comfortable fit, but their durabiliaty. I work hard and play hard and I certainly put them to the test. And, they've held up amazingly.

Give them a try - I think you'll be pleased with them as I have been.

zeid khoja: The socks are super comfortable for long day outdoor or indoor, I spend 8 hours wearing construction boot and the socks are really comfortable no sweat and cushioning, the gray underlay is a good idea since the white ones gets dirty by time and it looks bad even after washing

J. Connelly: I love these socks, have bought multiple times and are the perfect size/length. The only downfall is they normally get holes fast. Holes in the heel/bottom of the foot are not uncommon after a few months.
